We are a young company that specializes in an archaic art. We process and mill organic grains raised in the Northeast.
Yes, the Northeast! If you live in New England or New York we want to help you eat more local whole grains. We buy organic grains from the men and women who grow them. Then, we clean the grains and grind them into flours and meals on stone mills. We also produce easy-to-bake mixes that are much, much better than store-bought. Our products are in specialty food stores and co-ops. We will be moving to an e-commerce site soon and will have our entire line for sale on-line. Stay tuned.
